Hey all, Summer is finally here and
it is getting hotter these couple days.
Today, we will be sharing with you all 2 hairstyles
that you can do to get your hair up and out of the way,
yet looking stylish.
Both hairstyles uses the same technique and is easily attainable.
Step 1: Part about an inch of hair from the side of your head.
Step 2: Split this section into 3 equal sections.
Step 3: Bring strand number 3 and cross it over to strand number 2.
Step 5: Bring strand number 1 and cross it over strand number 3.
Step 6: Add a small portion of hair from the front side of your head and add it
to strand 2 before crossing it over strand 1.
This technique is called lace braiding.
Step 7: Bring strand 3 to cross over strand 2 and continue to lace braid down to
your ear level before braiding it as per a 3 strand braid.
Repeat on the other side of your head.
Fasten with rubberbands or elastics.
Step 8: Split the remaining portion of hair into 2 ponytails and incorporate
in the 2 lace braids into the ponytail. Let loose the rubber bands and
blend the regular braids into the ponytails.
Next we are going to do a fishtail braid.
Taking a small section of hair from the leftmost end of your head,
cross it over to the right side.
Step 9: Blend the hair into the right side ponytail. Repeat step 8 and 9 continuously
for the right and left side of the head until you run out of hair.
Step 10: Fasten the fishtail braid with a rubber band or an elastic.
This should be how your braid should look like.
This is the completed 1st hairstyle!!
You can continue on with this hairstyle to create the 2nd hairstyle!
Step 11 cont'd: Roll the braid towards your head in an upwards motion.
Step 12 cont'd: Use bobby pins to secure the rolled up braid to your head.
Pin any flyaways down with a bobby pin or you can use some hairspray.
2nd Hairstyle is completed!!
